We, the Social CRM Research Center or SCRC, are an independent and non-profit research institute in Leipzig. In our research, we focus on key themes from CRM, Integrated Social CRM, to the xRM approach. Since 2014, we are engaged in an intensive partnership with Brazilian universities. The aim is to train students and professionals in the social CRM field.
